intensity5 offers full custom designed sportswear to capture your brand’s unique identity. Our dedicated in-house designers are creative professionals who will work together with you to create a look and style that is truly your own. Our custom design process is tailored to meet your fashion and design goals.

Step 1 : Register on www.intensity5.com.

Before we get started, create an account through our quick and simple online Registration form. Once your account is created, you can access the Custom Design Form on the My Account page after login.

Step 2 : Submit your Ideas

Complete our Custom Design Form. Be as thorough as possible as our designers will use the information as a roadmap for the creative design process. Once we have all the necessary design elements, we will send you two unique custom designed layouts for your review. Based on your review, we will make the necessary revisions and work with you until we achieve the desired look and feel for your garment.

Approved designs will be available for purchase through your My Account page.

Step 3 : Pricing:

• Custom Design fee is only $99.
• Full payment will be needed upon order of custom design apparel.
• We will send you 2 design proofs of shorts via email for your review and approval. Initial designs are usually completed within 7 to 10 days.
